This is the last will and Testament of Edward Francis Walsh Priest of the Catholic Church of Brigus Newfoundland. I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal Estate of every kind and description and where ever situate in trust to The Bishop of Harbor Grace in the Island of Newfoundland for the benefit of the Diocese of Harbor Grace I hereby appoint as my Executor The Rt. Rev. William Veitch of Conception Harbor and J. M. Kent Esq K.C. of St. John's

In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this 30th day of December 1911 - E. F. Walsh - Signed Sealed published and declared by said Edward Francis Walsh as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us present at the same time, who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses to the due execution hereof S.
