In re EDWARD PERCEY. DECEASED. Know all men by these presents that I Edward Stephen Percey Senr of Brigus Conception Bay in the Island of Newfoundland Planter for and in consideration of my son Stephen Percey and grandson Edward Stephen Percey or either of them maintaining and clothing me in a decent manner during the remainder of my days and at my death burying me also decently I give and bequeath unto them or either of them all and singular my land property with all the erections thereon and all my waterside premises with stage and fla kes my household furniture, beds, bedding, goods and effects whatsoever and by these present do give and bequeath unto them or either of them all my right and title in and to the sameSigned as witness my hand and seal at Brigus aforesaid this sixteenth day of June one thousand eight hundred and fifty five.
