Will of Dina Green

In re DINA MONICA GREEN: DECEASED.

In the name of God Amen this is the last will and testament of me Dina Monica Green of Harbor Grace Spinster I will and bequeath unto my executrix hereinafter mentioned all and every and whatsoever property lands goods debts chattels and effects money and securities for money that I am now possessed of or that at any time hereafter I may become possessed of or entitled to in anywise in trust for the following purposes- First to pay my funeral and testamentary expenses- Second to expend the sum of thirty pou nds for Masses for my soul- Third To pay Mrs. Rachael Fitzgerald the sum of fifty pounds for her sole and separate use And lastly the balance or residue of my said property and estate is to be divided equally between my sisters Mary Fannie and Annie And I appoint my said sister Fanny Green executrix of this my last will In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal at Harbor Grace this tenth day of May A.D. 1876,
