Charles Cozens deceased. This is the last will and testament of me Charles Cozens of Brigus in the Northern District of Newfoundland, Magistrate. It is my desire that my property be sold as soon as possible after my decease- After my funeral expenses and all other my just and lawful debts are paid and discharged I wish the rest due to be equally divided among my three children John Hiscock Cozens, Joseph Cozens and Sarah Stentaford. I give and bequeath to my son John aforesaid my china Masonic Basin and my own likeness. I hereby request John Munn Esq. of Harbor Grace, Merchant, to be my executor. This last will and testament of Charles Cozens aforesaid was made at Brigus aforesaid on the twentieth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty three.
