IN RE: CHARLES SQUIRES. DECEASED
This is the last will and testament of me, Charles Squires of Manuels, Conception Bay, Newfoundland. I give, devise, and bequeath all of my Land, my Dwelling house - household furniture and all else that I possess unto my dear wife Annie Squires for her own use and benefit: - And at her decease all of my said possessions shall become the property of my grandson Charles Squires, on the conditions that he is to be kind and good to my said wife - his grandmother: but if the said Charles Squires should behave himself unkindly or disrespectfully towards his grandmother, she, my said wife shall be at liberty to leave my property to whomsoever she may think fit: And I appoint the said Annie Squires executrix of this my will, in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this tenth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty.
