Will of Benjamin C. Morgan

In re: BENJAMIN C.MORGAN DECEASED.

I Benjamin C. Morgan, Fisherman and gardener of Salmon Cove in Conception Bay in the Island of Newfoundland being of Sound mind do hereby make this my last will and testament.

I. I do hereby appoint Christopher Morgan, Planter, of Salmon Cove aforesaid to be sole executor of this my will.

II. I hereby give devise and bequeath the whole of my estate both personal and real, the said estate consisting of two pieces or parcels of land situate at Salmon Cove aforesaid, my dwelling house and outhouses situate on one of the aforesaid pieces of land, also whatever insurance will be due me at the time of my death, from the Sun Life Assurance Co. of Canada, to my dear wife Emma Jane Morgan to be hers during her lifetime of while she remains in my name, but at my wife the said Emma Jane Morgan's death or in the event of her marrying again I wish the whole of the said estate to go to my two children, Stanley R. Morgan and Chesley C. Morgan to be equally divided between them. In witness whereof I do hereunto set my hand and seal this 7th day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twelve. Benjamin C.
