In the Supreme Court In re Annabella Pike Martin deceased OATH OF ADMINISTRATOR Administration granted to Frederick H. Martin on the 26th day of October A.D. 1926 Value of Estate $339.09 Sureties James Cron Thomas Ross Vol 8, Folio 381 TO THE HONOURABLE THE SUPREME COURT,OR ONE OF THE HONOURABLE THE JUDGES THEREOF. The Petition of Fredrick H. Martin of Harbor Grace,in the Electoral District of Harbor Grace, HUMBLY SHEWETH:- 1--- That Annabella Pike Martin late of Harbor Grace aforesaid, housewife, died at that place on the 30th.day of July A.D.I923. 2--- That the said deceased died intestate. 3--- That said deceased left her surviving, as sole next-of-kin, her husband,Your Petitioner. 4--- That the said deceased at the time of her death was possessed of property within the jurisdiction of Your Honourable Court of the value of not more than THREE HUNDRED AND THIRTY/NINE 09/100 DOLLARS, as more particularly set forth by the Inventory and Valuation hereto annexed and marked "A", which Inventory and Valuation are correct and true,to the best of Your Petitioner's knowledge and belief. 5--- Neither Probate to any Will,nor Letters of Administration to the estate and effects of the said deceased has been granted out of Your Honourable Court to any person. Your Petitioner therefore humbly prays that Your Honourable Court, or one of Your Lord ships, would be pleased to grant him Letters of Administration of the estate of the aforesaid deceased And Your Petitioner,as in Duty Bound, will ever pray.
