In the name of God. Amen. I Alice Berrigan of Carbonear in the Island of Newfoundland being of sound mind and memory do hereby in this my last will and testament leave and bequeath all my property situated on Patrick Street, Carbonear aforesaid consisting of a piece of land and a dwelling house and outhouses thereon to the Reverend William P. Finn Parish Priest of Tilton Harbor in Newfoundland aforesaid his heirs administrators and assigns. And I do hereby revoke and annul all wills and testaments and bequests heretofore made by me. I nominate and appoint the said Reverend William P. Finn as executor to this my last will and testament

In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand and affixed my seal this thirteenth day of December in the year of our Lord nineteen hundred and four.
