Will of ALFRED HENRY SEYMOUR

IN RE:   ALFRED H. SEYMOUR.    DECEASED

This is the last will and Testament of me Alfred Henry Seymour Judge of the District Court of Harbor Grace Newfoundland made, this eleventh day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and four, I hereby revoke all wills made by me at any time heretofore.

I appoint my wife Jessie Seymour of Harbor Grace aforesaid to be my Executrix and direct that all my debts and Funeral Expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.

I give and bequeath unto my wife Jessie Seymour all my property consisting of monies, Furniture Life Insurance Policies and other properties or monies which may hereafter accrue to me to be hers, and her heirs forever, at my wife's death I request that whatever books remain of my Library be given to the Church of England Institute of St. John's Newfoundland Provided in case my wife should die before me or die without making a will then my property shall be Equally divided between my adopted daughter Florence Lewis my brother Henry John Seymour, and my sister Annie Harris - A. H. Seymour - Signed by the said Testator A. H. Seymour in the presence of us, present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses W. J. Lynch W. Charles White
