Will of Abraham Norman
The last will of Abraham Norman

late Bay Roberts Fisherman, deceased.

In the name of the Father and of the son and of the Holy Ghost Amen. I, Abraham Norman, of Bay Roberts, in the Island of Newfoundland, being sound in mind do on this twenty-sixth day of November in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred and four, make my last will and Testament as follows: -

I give to my wife Harriet Norman, that piece and parcel of land situate and being at Bay Roberts to be hers for the use and support of herself during the period of her natural life, if she remain unmarried after my decease and at her death or marriage again, I will that my son Thomas Norman take possession of that piece and parcel of land where his dwelling-house is now situated, measuring thirty-five feet by twenty-four feet. I will, also, that the remainder of the said piece and parcel of land be equally divided between my two sons John Norman and Henry Norman to become their property. and I appoint my sons John Norman and Henry Norman as executors of this my last will and Testament and I charge them to see it faithfully carried into effect.

Signed sealed and delivered by the said Abraham Norman in our presence and in the presence of each other this twenty-sixth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and four.

I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will of Abraham Norman deceased.
