Ellen McGrath deceased This is the last Will and Testament of me, Ellen McGrath [widow of the late William McGrath] of Riverhead, Harbour Grace, Newfoundland. I give devise and bequeath to my son Joseph McGrath all monies that I may have in Bank at the time of my death, after all Testamentary and other charges on my estate have been paid. I also give, devise and bequeath to my said son Joseph, all my right-title and interest in and to the undivided estate of my aforesaid deceased husband. And I hereby nominate and appoint John Casey, Clerk of the District Court, Harbour Grace aforesaid, Executor to this my last Will and Testament at Riverhead, Harbour Grace aforesaid, this thirty first day of January A. D. one thousand nine hundred and eighteen Ellen her X mark McGrath. Signed by the Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in presence of us [after being first read over and explained to the said Testatrix] who at her request, in her presence, and in the presence of each other subscribed our names as witnesses hereto.
