Eliza Kearley deceased This is the last will and testament of me Eliza Kearley [nee Norman] widow of Stephen Kearley late of Bay Roberts fisherman deceased I give devise and bequeath unto my brother Samuel Norman all and every the estate property and effects of every kind of which I may die possessed and I appoint him my sole executor of this my will hereby revoking any former wills by me made Dated at Harbor Grace December 3rd 1900 Eliza her X mark Kearley Signed by making her mark hereto published and declared by the said Testatrix Eliza Kearley in our presence who in her presence and at her request and in the presence of each other all present at the same time have hereunto our names subscribed as witnesses the same having been first read over to the said Testatrix in our presence and been approved by her M O'Kearney, Christiana Howell.
