Charles Snow deceased
I Charles Snow of Bay Roberts in the Island of Newfoundland Fisherman being of sound and disposing mind and memory hereby revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions made by me and declare this to be my last will and Testament. I give devise and bequeath to my son Edward A. Snow my dwelling house furniture and all else that my dwelling house contains the cellar and stable at the back of my dwelling house with ten feet of land at the back of the Stable All the land in front of my dwelling house extending to and taking
in the Water side. All that piece or parcel of land which I exchanged with Thomas S. Calpin Said land bounded as follows that is to say on the South by the waters of the Harbor on the West by Joseph Snow on the north by Elijah Snow and on the East by Charles Snow [of Charles] All the land situate at Shearstown save and except the setting of one barrel of seed potatoes which I give devise and bequeath to my son John Snow I also give devise and bequeath to my son John Snow all the back land extending from the Central Road to
within ten feet of my Stable with dwelling house and all other erections thereon. I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife naomi Snow the use of my household property and to be provided for by my son Edward A.Snow in sickness and in health during her natural life and after her decease to be given a decent respectable Christian burial. I hereby appoint my son Edward A.Snow to be my executor of this my last will and testament
in witness whereof I have hereinto my hand subscribed at Bay Roberts in the Island of Newfoundland this 3rd day of July Anno Domini One thousand nine hundred and fourteen Charles Snow.
