I, Patrick Fox, of Carbonear do make and ordain this my last will and testament. First I give and bequeath jointly to my son John William Wilford Fox and to my daughter Catherine Mary Frances Fox my dwelling house and shop with all appurtenances, situate on Musgrave Street Carbonear, provided that all income or rent from any part thereof shall be under the control of their mother, my beloved wife Bridget F. Fox who will keep the premises insured, and pay off the three remaining installments of mortgage to Mrs. Maud M. Fraser of St. John's in accordance with the terms of said mortgage, and the said Bridget F. Fox shall have full control and management of said house during the term of her natural life, with all appurtenances. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this tenth day of February 1916 in presence of Patrick Fox.
