Bridget Fleming deceased
I, Bridget Fleming [nee O'Neill] of Bay Roberts in the Island of Newfoundland [Widow] being of sound and disposing mind and memory hereby revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions made by me and declare this to be my last Will and Testament. I devise and bequeath and expressly direct that all my earthly goods and property of every description whatsoever of which I may die processed be disposed of in the following manner. That is to say I devise and bequeath to my daughter Mary Brazil the sum of [$106.00] one hundred and six dollars, to my daughter Alice Fleming one hundred and twelve dollars [$112.00] and to my daughter Johanna Fleming the sum of one hundred and ten dollars [$110.00] I further devise and bequeath to my daughter Alice Fleming the Apple tree garden in front of the dwelling house. If my son Patrick Fleming wishes to purchase the aforesaid garden he may do so provided Alice wishes to sell. The meadow behind the dwelling house I devise and bequeath to my daughters Alice and Johanna should they both get married they can sell
the aforesaid meadow to either of my sons Michael or Patrick. The dwelling house and all that it contains [save and except a few pictures and a rocking chair which is the property of Mary Brazil] I devise and bequeath to my three daughters Johanna Alice and Mary Brazil. I do hereby appoint Patrick F. Delaney [of Patrick] to be my Executor of this my last Will and Testament in witness whereof I have hereunto my hand subscribed by making my mark thereto after being first read over to me at Bay Roberts in the Island of Newfoundland this second day of January one thousand nine hundred and twelve Bridget Fleming X her mark.
