| In re Benjamin Parsons deceased
The last will and testament of Benjamin Parsons of Harbor Grace Newfoundland - being of sound and disposing mind and memory I constitute and appoint John Casey and James Patrick Fox also of Harbor Grace to be the Executors of this my last will, they to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses and the legacies hereinafter given out of my estate. - After payment of my just debts and funeral expenses I give to my two daughters Mrs. Louisa Parsons and Mrs. Minnie Fapp all monies I may die possessed of or what other monies I may
inherit in equal shares - I give my two above named daughters my house store and land situate on Harvey Street Hr. Grace with all the furniture and everything contained therein, in equal shares, share and share alike - I give to my grandson William Theodore Fapp all my right title and interest in and to that piece or parcel of land situate in Bears Cove Hr. Grace bounded on the south by Mark French's land on the East by the land belonging to the estate of the late Sheldon Parsons and by vacant land and in the West by Taylors property to have and to hold for his own sole use and benefit. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the sixteenth day of November nineteen hundred and seventeen. - Benjamin Parsons [L.S.] the above instrument consisting of two sheets was now here subscribed by Benjamin Parsons in the presence of each of us and was at the same time declare
to be his last will and testament and we at his request signed our names hereto as attesting witnesses, Wm. R. Tetford Wm. Ward
