In re        WALTER EMBERLEY     DECEASED

In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost. Amen. I Walter Emberley of Lamaline in the District of Burin Newfoundland, ex Naval Reservist do declare this to be my last Will & Testament. I give devise and bequeath all my estate lands and my part of the dwelling house, money and property whether real or personal unto my executor hereinafter named in trust to apply the whole of the annual rents interest and profits thereof to the use and benefit of my wife Jessie during her unmarried life but in case she shall marry again she shall forfeit all interests in or claim upon my estate and on such marriage the whole of my estate shall be disposed of by my executor according to the provisions hereinafter named. In case my said wife shall not marry again she shall be at liberty by her last will & testament to bequeath to such person or persons as she may please the whole of my estate. In case my wife shall die intestate & without having remarried (or if she shall remarry than upon such marriage) I give devise & bequeath all my estate whatsoever unto my mother for her sole use and benefit. I appoint George Walters as executor of this my will.
