In re THOMAS E. SPENCER. DECEASED. I, Thomas E. Spencer of Fortune in the District of Burin, Island of Newfoundland Merchant being of sound mind and memory, and revoking all former wills by me made, do give devise and bequeath all my property both real and personal as follows; (1) To my wife Clara my dwelling house and furniture together with grounds surrounding it, with outhouses & with the proviso that my daughter Blanche shall have a home with her and have her living from the estate while she remains unmarried.(2) I bequeath to my said wife Clara my half interest in the firm of C.B. & T Spencer, consisting Stores, Stock in trade, water side premises and outfits of every description. (3) I also bequeath to my wife Clara all my interests in Schooners, and all monies of which I may be possessed at my decease after my legal debts have been paid. (4) To my said wife all my interest in land and landed property in and about Fortune. (5) I hereby appoint John Henry Spencer and Clyde Lake to be Executors to this my last will and testament. THOMAS E. SPENCER. Subscribed by the testator in the presence of each of us, and at the same time declared by him to us to be his last will and testament and thereupon we, at the request of the testator and in his presence sign our names hereto as witnesses this 18th day of February Anno Domini One thousand nine hundred and twenty five at the town of Fortune.
