| *Transcriber's Note: This name is spelled Willey and Willy in
the will, and Willey in the will index. In re Richard Willey deceased. In the name of God Amen. I Richard Willey of Burin in the District of Burin Planter, being weak in body but of perfect mind and memory do make and constitute this my last will and testament hereby revoking and disannulling all former wills and testaments. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Francis Jane Willey all and singular my property in every form the principal being as follows, viz. six shares in the Commercial Bank at St. John’s- dwelling house and its contents, outhouses and lands for her special use and benefit- I hereby appoint my trusty friends Rev. Geo. Forsey and George Bishop my executors to this my last will and testament all former wills as aforesaid are null and void. In witness whereof all parties have this twenty eight day of October A.D. 1874 set their hands and seals. Signed Richd Willy Witnesses to the signature of the testator, G. Forsey, Geo. Bishop.
