In re
         Patrick Coady deceased.

I Patrick Coady of Burin Carpenter, being of sound and disposing mind make and publish this as and for my last will and testament-     I will and bequeath all my chattels, monies and effects which I am now possessed of or entitled to either in my own right, or otherwise, to my executor to have and hold the same for the following uses and trusts that is to say to apply the same in such sums of proportions as he may deem fit, towards the support and maintenance of my children until the youngest shall attain full age when I will and direct the balance of such money or monies as may be remaining on his hands to be divided between my children or the survivors of them in even and equal proportions share and share alike.     I appoint J. I. Little executor hereof.     Made at Saint John’s this 12th September 1876.     Patrick Coady.     Witness, Jos. I. Little, Henry Peddigrew.
