KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Emily Keating

Of Grand Bank, Newfoundland, as Beneficial Owner, HAVE GIVEN,

BESTOWED UPON AND TRANSFERRED UNTO Harvey Keating

of Grand Bank aforesaid, and by these Presents do GIVE, BESTOW,

and TRANSFER unto the said Harvey Keating, ALL THAT PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND (also all the erections thereon) being situated at Grand Bank aforesaid, and bounded as follows;

On the Northward by land of Jane Grant 104 feet.

On the Southward by land of Emma Evans 110 feet.

On the Eastward by land of Edward Hollett 76 feet.

On the Westward by land of Mrs Edwin Grant 66 feet;

To hold the same unto the said Harvey Keating, his Heirs, Assigns,

And Successors absolutely.

And I, Emily Keating, aforesaid, hereby covenants with Harvey Keating aforesaid, that I have good right and lawful authority to Give, Bestow

and transfer the said land (and erections)as the same is herein Given, Bestowed, and Transferred.

In Witness whereof I have this day set hereunto my Hand and Seal.

I, S. Merrill Tibbo, of Grand Bank, make oath and say that I was present and did see Mrs. Emily Keating affix her signature and her Seal upon the Deed of Gift annexed hereto, being a Deed of Gift from Emily Keating to Harvey Keating.
