In re JOHN MAYO. DECEASED.
Pardy’s Island I, John Mayo, of Foote’s Cove, Pardy’s Island Burin Newfoundland give to my wife Mrs Martha Jane Mayo all my money in the Bank of Nova Scotia with interest due thereon, and also the mount of my money in the Newfoundland War Loan with interest. I also bequeath to my son Archibald Mayo my dwelling house and land on condition that he allows my wife aforesaid to stay in the house as long as she wishes. I also give to my son Archibald aforesaid my Store and half of the water side and with Stage and the other half I give to my son Joshua Cyrus Mayo. I also give my new Seine to my son Archibald Mayo, and the other Seine to my son Joshua Cyrus Mayo. I further appoint my wife aforesaid to execute this will.
