In re JOHN ANDERSON. DECEASED. This is the last will and testament of me John Anderson of Burin Shoemaker. I give bequeath and devise my Estate and property as follows, That is to say. I give to my wife Sarah Rosina Anderson all my household furniture plate linen and chattels of every description Also my dwelling house as well as all my landed property with every erection thereon Also every part and parcel thereof of which I may be possessed at the time of my decease to be hers absolutely and forever. I appoint Rev Andrew T. Tulk, Anglican Clergyman now residing at Burin to be Executor of this my Will, and I revoke all other Wills at anytime heretofore by me made and declare this paper writing to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand this Twenty Ninth day of August in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and Sixteen JOHN his X mark ANDERSON Signed by the said John Anderson the Testator in the presence of us present at the time who in his presence and in the presence of each other subscribe our names as witnesses George E.
