| In re Joseph Brushett deceased. In the name of God Amen. I Joseph Brushett being of sound mind and in conscious possession of all my natural faculties do hereby publish and declare this my will and testament as follows- that is to say I give and devise to my beloved mother all my real & personal estate and effects consisting of one dwelling house and two outhouses situated in Mortier Bay. In witness whereof I do hereby affix my name and seal this the thirteenth day of January one thousand eight hundred and eighty-five.
