In re        Henry Robert Hebditch     Deceased

This is the last Will and Testament of Henry Robert Hebditch of Lamaline in the Southern District of Newfoundland Fisherman. I give devise and bequeath the house I now live in to my wife Alice May Hebditch, while she remains my widow, and with the understanding that my Mother Ann Hellier and my sister Bridget Rose Hebditch, are to have a home in it while they live, and any property owned by me may be so sold by my Executor hereinafter named for their support, only however when they are in absolute need of it. And lastly I constitute and appoint C. C. Pitman, Esquire as Executor of this my last Will.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Eighteenth day of June Anno Domino Nineteen hundred and Fifteen

Signed by the Testator in our presence and in the presence of each other, The Testator being of sound and disposing mind after the same being read over to the Testator.
