Will of Doctor Herbert Smith from Newfoundland will books volume 10 page 487 probate year 1917

 
 In re     HERBERT SMITH deceased.

    I Doctor Herbert Smith of Burin in the District of Burin Newfoundland being of sound mind and memory do make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament to wit
First all my just debts and funeral expenses to be paid in full.
    Second I give, devise, and bequeath all my property real and personal together with all funds in the Bank of Nova Scotia to my beloved wife. In addition I bequeath to my wife my Life Insurance and all funds accruing therefrom
    Third I nominate and appoint my wife and son William executors of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all other wills by me made     In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 25th day of October 1915     Herbert Smith     Witnesses J. Mackenzie M.D.     Thomas P. Smith D.D.S. Burin October 20th 1915

    Codicil I do hereby make Doctor Gilbert Parker also executor of this my last will and testament Herbert Smith Witness Wm. H. Smith.
