IN RE: CATHERINE BENNETT. DECEASED
Burin Newfoundland I Catherine Bennett of Burin district of Burin Newfoundland being of sound mind and memory do make publish and declare this to be my last will and Testament to wit
First all my past debts and Funeral Expenses to be paid in Full
Second I give devise and bequeath to Catherine Morris and Patience Butler all monies in my possession and balance of my personal and real estate in equal parts to Charles Butler Patience Butler and Catherine Morris
Third I nominate and appoint Rev John Hewitt Church of England Clergyman and Geo. A. Bartlett Merchant of Burin to be Executors of this my last will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Eleventh day of August one Thousand nine Hundred and six Catherine her x mark Bennett (LS) Signed by the said Catherine Bennett in the Presence of us present at the time who in her presence and in the presence of each other subscribe our names as witnesses Having been first read over and explained to the said Testatrix who understood the same perfectly Herbert Smith John B. Patton.
