The Presbytery Marystown, P. B. This is the last will and testament of me Luke Fitzpatrick of Marystown in the Electoral Dist of Burin, Fisherman and I hereby revoke all former Wills by me made.
1. I give, devise and bequeath to my wife Honora Fitzpatrick all my property at Marystown at present occupied by me and consisting of dwelling house and land and all erections on same also my cattle and all household effects. To hold the same unto her absolutely.
Dated at Marystown this 28th day of December A.D. 1915. Luke Fitzpatrick.
