Oct. 26/1918.
This is the last Will and Testament of me Honor Fitzpatrick Widow of Marystown [in the Electoral District of Burin] and I hereby revoke all former wills by me made.
1. I give devise and bequeath unto my four children Joseph Michael John Thomas and Bridget my landed property including back land and Water Side in equal shares to hold the same unto them absolutely.
2. To my daughter Bridget as already stated I give one fourth of my property in the event of her being unmarried, in the event of her marrying her share is to be divided equally between my three sons Michael Joseph and John Thomas.
3. I bequeath to my son Joseph the Dwelling House at present occupied by me.
4. My Cattle are to be divided equally between my sons Joseph and Michael.
