Will of Jonathan Tibbo of Grand Bank

 

In re 


Jonathan Tibbo deceased.


This is the last will and testament of me Jonathan Tibbo presently residing at Grand Bank in the Island of Newfoundland. I hereby revoking all former wills at any former time made by me, and being desirous of settling my affairs in the event of my decease. Appoint my wife Francis J. Tibbo to be executrix of my property, moveable, real and personal, that shall belong to me at the time of my decease. Should the aforesaid Francis J. Tibbo, my wife survive me, all my property, moveable, real and personal, I bequeath to her during her life time, at her death my dwelling house and ground attached with out houses, carts, horse, I bequeath to my son John, and if my son Samuel comes home to stay he can have the garden for a building lot. The residue of my property, together with any moneys which I may possess, I bequeath to my children Ester Ann, John, George, Robert, Allen and Samuel share and share alike. I reserve the right and full power to alter or revoke these presents in whole or in part.
In witness whereof I have subscribed these presents at Grand Bank this 24th day of March 1917. Jonathan Tibbo.


Signed, published and declared by the above named Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us both present at the same time who at his request and in his presence have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
