Hayward's Cove, St. Brendan's - Hayward's Cove Cemetery

Hayward's Cove lies on the Northeastern side of Cottel's Island (now known as St. Brendan's). The cemetery recorded here is roughly 50 ft by 100 ft and there are probably more than 50 headstones. We could only find 5 as the rest are covered by Mother Nature. It is surrounded by a white fence. The inscriptions were read, recorded and transcribed by BILL BRODERICK AND ROBERT ROYLE, July 1999. While we have endeavored to be as correct as humanly possible, there may be typographical errors.
