WILLIAM LANG. DECEASED.
This is the last Will and Testament of me William Lang, of Greenspond, in the Island of Newfoundland, made this 2nd day of March April, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty four. I hereby revoke all former Wills made by me at any time heretofore. I appoint my two friends, Jesse Boorne and Kenneth Oakley, both of Greenspond, Merchants, to be my Executors, and direct that all my debts and Funeral Expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
1. I give and bequeath unto my sister Agnes Laing, one horse-hair couch, six straw-bottom chairs, one straw-bottom rocking chair, one ornamented clock, one square mirror, 18 x 30 Inch, one spy glass, four silver tea spoons, and all my personal effects including my clothing and my watch.
2. I give and bequeath unto Ernest Green, of Greenspond, the remainder of my household furniture, beds and bedding, and also my dwelling house, outhouses and cellar and all my land adjacent to the said dwelling house.
