In re     WILLIAM SWEETLAND      deceased.

    The last will and testament of William Sweetland Trader of Bonavista.     I hereby cancel all former wills and bequests.     I William Sweetland, do give devise and bequeath to my wife Amy Sweetland, the use of one half of my house until her marriage, removal or death:     also two shares purchased with her own money which stand in my name in the Standard Manufacturing Company of St. John’s N.F.: also the use of the small cabbage garden as long as she remains in my house: and 35 (thirty five) dollars per annum should she return to Bonavista, as long as she lives.     I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Caroline, two hundred and fifty dollars.     I give devise and bequeath to my grand daughter Edith Hall Sweetland, one hundred dollars.     I give devise and bequeath to my son Hubert, my dwelling house, lands and property of all sorts in Banks and in the Trade:     my three shares in the Standard Manufacturing Company Ltd. and all my personal effects of every kind.     Signed.
