In re

TRYPHENA S. FRAZER. DECEASED.

I, Tryphena S. Frazer born at Bonavista on the 14th day of March 1867, and now residing at St. John’s Nfld, declare this to be my last will & Testament. I give & bequeath to my three children, Harry Boyd Frazer, Mary Ruth Frazer & Donald McLaren Frazer all my possessions including money, house, furniture, clothing, to be divided equally among them. They have the right to sell the house & Furniture if they feel disposed to do so, & divide the proceeds equally among them.

In witness thereof I, Tryphena S. Frazer have hereunto set my hand & Seal, this 24th day of December in the year of Our Lord One thousand nine hundred & fifteen.
