In re THOMAS GROVES. DECEASED. I Thomas Groves of Bonavista Fisherman do make publish and declare the following to be my last will and testament hereby revoking all other and former Wills by me at any time made. FIRST after the payment of all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses I will and bequeath my property as follows. To my son Thomas my dwelling House situated at Rolling Cove on Groves Fishing room. To my Grandson Frederick my dwelling House that I now occupy situated at what is now known as Groves town. To my daughter Isabel a piece of Land near “Charles Marshes property” situated near Bayleys Cove pond. The remainder of my estate and effects to be equally divided between my sons Henry and Thomas and my Grandson Frederick. I appoint Philip Templeman and Robert Ryder of John Executors of this my will.
