Will of Thirza Saint from Newfoundland will books volume 4 pages 244-245 probate year 1883

In re
          Thirza Saint deceased.

Bonavista, Newfoundland, 14th March 1881.     This is the last will and testament of me Thirza Saint of Bonavista Widow.     I hereby revoke all other wills made by me and declare this to be my last will and testament I give devise and bequeath all monies that I may be possessed of after all my debts and funeral expenses are paid to my grandchildren-children of Joseph and Sarah Gates share and share alike I bequeath all the property which I am possessed of in my own right and under the will of my late husband to Elizabeth wife of Jabez Saint and Annie Caroline wife of James Saint in trust for their children that is to say for the children of Jabez and James Saint or the survivors of them share and share alike.     Any rents that may be due me by the executors of my late husband’s will arising from the estate of my son Jabez Saint I bequeath to my grandchildren children of Jabez Saint share and share alike.     I appoint James Brown and Dr. R.E. Forbes executors of this my last will and testament.     Thirza her X mark Saint.     Signed published and declared as and for the last will and testament of the said Thirza Saint who in our presence executed the same, we in her presence and the presence of each other signing the same as witnesses thereto.     This will was read over to Thirza Saint (before making her mark) in our presence this fourteenth day of March eighteen hundred and eighty one, James Brown, Robert E. Forbes, witnesses.     James Brown, Robt E. Forbes.
