In re
          Susannah Dunn deceased.

This is the last will and testament of me Susannah Dunn (widow of the late Henry Dunn) of Bayly's Cove Bonavista Newfoundland. I give and bequeath a lot of land adjoining William Abbott's Potato ground, Cape Road, to my brother William Abbott And I do also give and bequeath to my said brother William Abbott that lot of land adjoining Robert Abbott's premises for his own absolute use. And I give divise and bequeath all the residue of my real and personal estate of every description unto my brother David Abbott absolutely And I appoint my said brothers David & William Abbott sole executors of this my last will & testament. In witness whereof, I hereunto set my hand & seal this fifteenth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy-eight. Susannah her X mark Dunn (LS) Signed by the said Susannah Dunn the testatress in our presence who in her presence and in the presence of each other at the same time subscribe our names as witnesses, R. Bruce Hemlan, Alfred Vincent. I Susannah Dunn of Bayly's Cove Bonavista do make this codicil to my last will which will bears date the fifteenth day of June one thousand eight hundred & seventy-eight. Whereas I have in my said will given & bequeathed unto David Abbott all the residue of my real & personal estate The said David Abbott is hereby commanded to pay all my debts. In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand on this fifteenth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & seventy eight. Susannah her X mark Dunn. Signed by the said Susannah Dunn the testatress in our presence who in her presence & in the presence of each other at the same time subscribe our names as wintesses, R. Bruce Hemlan Alfred Vincent.
