In re the Estate of

James Randell Mifflen (deceased)

The last will and testament of James Randell Mifflen

1. I James Randell Mifflen, of Bonavista, give devise and bequeath to my son William R. Mifflen that portion of land, known as cellar garden, and bounded on the north by widow Goodlands meadow now Head Con(?) Baileys, on the south by Road leading up to Connells(?) Bridge, on the east by Connells Lane & on the west by late John Goodlands property.

2. I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Catherine Mifflen that portion of land on Coster Street & known as Upper Garden and bounded on the north by Gasters Street on the south by Connels Brook on the east by lane from Connels Brook & on the west by Samson Mifflens garden.

3. I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Catherine Mifflen all my part of the big meadow bounded on the north by Samson Mifflen meadow on the south by road between gardens on the east by Jane Bells garden John Mifflens meadow & Samson Mifflens & on the east by Samson Mifflens meadow

4. I give devise and bequeath to my daughter Catherine Mifflen that portion of ground known as the Cabbage garden and bounded on the north by part of the big meadow bounded by (???) Mifflins dwelling house last by Samson Mifflins property (??) by (?) Connels

I appoint as my executors John S. Rowsell and Thomas G. Ford both of Bonavista.

Given this 13th day of September in the year of Grace nineteen hundred & one.
