In re     NOAH BURGE. DECEASED.

I, Noah Burge, of the town of Bonavista, in the Dominion of Newfoundland, do hereby make and publish this my last Will and Testament, revoking any that may have been made by me heretofore.

I appoint, Shadrach Burge, to be the Executor of this my last Will and Testament, directing him as soon as conveniently may be after my decease, to pay all my just and lawful debts, funeral and testamentary expenses out of my estate.

After the payment of all my just and lawful debts, funeral and Testamentary expenses, I give devise and bequeath all my property as follows, that is to say:
(I) I give devise and bequeath to Isabel Bugden one good bed and bedding and all the clothing belonging to my deceased wife, Amelia Burge.
(2) I give devise and bequeath to my children, Loraine Burge, Edith Valin, and Maud Narnes, whatever money is left after my decease, in three equal shares, to be their own property absolutely.
(3) I give devise and bequeath to my son Loraine Burge, all my property, consisting of gardens and meadows, dwelling house and outhouses, and all in connection therewith, to be his during his natural life, and after his decease, should he leave no issue, it is to become the property of my daughters, Edith Valin and Maud Barnes, in equal shares, to be their own property absolutely.
(4) The organ is the property of my daughter Maud, and the Universal Educator is the property of my son Loraine, being purchased by them.
In witness whereof I have set my hand this fourteenth day of October, A. D. one thousand nine hundred and twenty two.

Signed, published and declared, by the said Testator, as and for his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us both together at the same time, and in his presence and at his request we have set our names thereto, as witnesses to the due execution thereof, the same having first been read over to him and explained.
