In re MICHAEL WALSH deceased. The last will and testament of Michael Walsh. In the name of God Amen I Michael Walsh of Stock Cove in the District of Bonavista in the Island of Newfoundland being of sound and disposing mind do hereby make this my last will and testament- First- I commend my soul to Almighty God and my body to be interred at the discretion of my friends and relatives. As to for and concerning whatever of worldly goods property etc I die possessed of I give and bequeath in the following manner I give and bequeath my dwelling house outhouses, and all land adjoining said dwelling with all my personal property and furniture contained in said dwelling house (my wife Elizabeth to have full control over said property while she remains with the children) I give and bequeath to my sons Agustine and John Thomas- the garden known as the “Woods” garden the “Hill” garden the “Point of the garden” and a small meadow on the Bank also my interest in the fishing property consisting of 2 Small Boats one Cod Trap 1 Trap Boat Cod Trap Caplin Seine and all gear pertaining thereto, Two Flakes 1 Store situate on the Beach at Stock Cove, also 1 small flake opposite Matthew Aylward’s dwelling house-
