| In re Margaret Fisher deceased. This is the last will and testament of me Margaret Fisher of Baylays Cove Bonavista relict of the late John Fisher of Baylays Cove Bonavista Planter I the said Margaret Fisher give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever consisting of the fourth part of a fishing room flake & gardens & meadows on the Cape Shore, also of the land and property at Baylays Cove Bonavista and owned by my late husband to George Abbott my grandson & son of James Abbott and my late daughter Isabella Fisher: and I appoint the said George Abbott sole executor of this my last will and testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this the twenty-fourth day of July one thousand eight hundred and eighty five. Margaret her X mark Fisher. Signed by the said Margaret Fisher the testatrix in the joint presence of us who in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereto subscribed our names as witnesses, Alfred Vincent, Emma Vincent.
