Will of Joseph Little

In re     JOSEPH LITTLE.     DECEASED.

I, Joseph Little, of James, of the town of Bonavista in the Island of Newfoundland, Fisherman, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and publish this my last will and testament.

(1st) I hereby appoint my wife Mary Little to be the Executrix of this my last will, directing her to pay all my just and lawful debts, funeral and testamentary expenses out of my estate as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.

(2nd) After the payment of my said debts, funeral and testamentary expenses, I give, devise, and bequeath all my real and personal estate, consisting of my dwelling House, and land in connection therewith with all buildings and erections thereon, also a garden known as the Upper garden, a small meadow, and also my water side premises all being situated at Canaille, or any other property or money of which I may be possessed at the time of my decease.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Twenty second day of January in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and ten.
