In re             JOHN WINSOR.        DECEASED.

Last Will and Testament of John Winsor, of Wesleyville. I, John Winsor of Wesleyville, Bonavista Bay, in the Dominion of Newfoundland, being of sound mind and memory and understanding, do hereby make my last will and testament as follows.

My land to be equally divided among my sons or their heirs. The following John, caleb, Garland and Arthur taking the Northern part. Percy portion near and around the house. Cecil that portion near and around his fathers house.
The Store and Stage for Percy and Cecil.
Garland and Arthur to have use of the same to store their gear as usual.
Percy and Cecil to have motor boat, trap, and gear.
My claim on schooner Centenary I bequeath to Percy and Cecil.
My house and contents I bequeath to Percy with the exception of Mrs Florence Winsors bed and organ belonging to Mrs Arthur Barbour.
Whatever money remains after the payment of funeral expenses and tombstone provided to be divided equally between Mrs Percy Winsor. Mrs Florence Winsor, Mrs Arthur Barbour.     Signature of Testator     JOHN WINSOR     Wesleyville B.B. Nfld.
