In re JOHN TEMPLEMAN. DECEASED. I, John Templeman of Bonavista do make and declare this my last Will and Testament in the manner following that is to say. 1st. I give and bequeath to my daughters Elizabeth Miles and Gertrude Power all monies to my credit at the Bank of Nova Scotia also all the money loaned to the firm of J. T. Swyers Coy Ltd. To be divided equally that is to say share and share alike. 2nd. To my Grand Daughters Evelyn Power and Minnie Power I give and bequeath my Dwelling House and Stable and land adjoining, at Bayly’s Cove, together with household effects and everything in and around said House and Stable, also the Dwelling House and land on the Cape Shore. 3rd. I give and bequeath the Meadow, known as the brook, at Red Cove, the Garden on the Meade and all land at Bayly’s Cove including Stable and Cellar near Alfred Templemans Stable, to my daughters Elizabeth Miles and Gertrude Power and lastly I do appoint John S. Rowsell to be Executor of this my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I do set my hand and seal this 26th day of March 1921.
