Will of John Peter Smith
The last will of John Peter Smith  late of Greenspond, Medical Doctor deceased.

Last will and Testament of John Peter Smith Medical Doctor of Greenspond Newfoundland formerly of New Glasgow in the County of Pictou Nova Scotia I give devise and bequeath all my Real Estate personal estate property rights and credits to my wife Phoebe Ann Smith to make use of as she sees fit. If she dies without leaving a will whatever property remains at her death to revert to my son Cecil Vernon Smith

I appoint my wife Phoebe Ann Smith and my son Cecil Vernon Smith executors of this my last will and Testament

In witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this sixteenth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and three.

signed sealed and delivered in the presence of us who in the presence of the Testator and in the presence of each other who all together at the same time subscribe hands as witnesses,

witnesses John James Durrant Marion Durrant.

I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will of John Peter Smith.
