The last will and Testament of John Lockyer of Bonavista.     I John Lockyer of Bonavista being in my sound mind do declare this to be my last will. I give and bequeath to my wife this house and the land on which it is built, and all the furniture in the house including the piano.     And as to Levelle Lockyer my son, the gardens in Trinity near Green’s forge. There is now in the Bank of Nova Scotia here the sum of seventy dollars and I bequeath this to my wife and I appoint J.D. Lockyer of Trinity my Executor out of the seventy dollars in the Bank I wish him to pay to Joseph Thompson sixty-five dollars at 3 p.c. interest from the time the money was loaned as per receipt.     I owe Nicholas Ryan fifty dollars at 4 p.c. from the time loaned as per receipt     Feb 1st 1917     Signed John Lockyer.
