| In re John Humby deceased This is the last will and testament of me, John Humby, of Summerville in Bonavista Bay, Planter. First. I desire that all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses shall be paid out of my estate. Second. I appoint my wife, Jane Humby, and my adopted son, George Dawe, and the survivor of them, executors and executor of this my Will. Third. I devise and bequeath to my said wife Jane Humby all my property estate and effects of every kind of which I shall die possessed to hold to the said Jane Humby for and during her natural life. Fourth. Upon the death of my said wife I bequeath the said property, estate and effects to my said adopted son George Dawe, to hold to the said George Dawe absolutely. Witness my hand at St. John's this Nineteenth day of May A.D. 1916 John his X mark Humby Signed Published and Declared by the said Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in our presence, who in the presence of the said testator and of each other, all present at the same time, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses having first being read over to and approved by the said testator.
