In re John Connell deceased. The last will and testament of me John Connell Bonavista. To my daughter Alice I will and bequeath that piece of land now occupied by her and bounded on the North by the Road leading to Mockbeggar, on the south by Tuckers garden on the east by Adam Mowland’s dwelling house on the west by Simon Hicks dwelling house. To my son Jeremiah I will and bequeath all the remainder of my land in and about Bonavista, my dwelling house with all my household chattels, cows, horse and outhouses, to be his absolutely. Witness my hand at Bonavista the twenty fourth February eighteen hundred and eighty-two. John Connell. Signed in the presence of John McGrath, Shopman, James Groves, Shopman.
