In re
James Brown deceased
This is the last Will and Testament of me James Brown [of James] of Bonavista in the District of Bonavista Newfoundland. I give and devise to my beloved wife Eliza Brown my house and all its contents, including furniture. Also all my lands with cattle and buildings thereupon to be hers and her heirs forever, with the following exception viz that the fishing room below the main street, on which are flakes and stores, i.e. if in her possession at time of her decease, becomes the property of my two nephews James & Silas Brown. I do hereby appoint my beloved wife Eliza Brown my sole executrix. In witness whereof I hereby have signed my hand to this document this 21st day of April 1906 - James Brown - signed in presence of us as witnesses, Thomas G. Ford George M. Brown
