In re     JAMES BROWN      deceased.

    1. I James Brown, fisherman and Inhabitant of Salvage, being of a sound mind and good understanding hereby declare this to be my last will and testament.
    2. I do hereby give and bequeath to my nephew Arthur Brown, my whole estate, consisting of gardens and premises on the waterside also nine Salmon nets.
        Four Seal Nets, One Mackerel net and one Herring net.
    3. I give and bequeath my house, and all of that it contains, furniture etc. to my adopted daughter Catharine Brown.
    4. I give and bequeath Three Salmon Nets to my nephew William Brown- son of George Brown.
    5. I give and bequeath to Charlotte Brown, daughter of Arthur and Catharine Brown the sum of Fifty dollars which I shall have deposited in the Government Savings 
        Bank in her name by the Fall of the year. Should death intervene before that time, the money is to be paid in her name from my own money.
    6. And I appoint Edward Oldford, executor of this, my will.     In witness whereof I have subscribed these presents at Salvage, this fourteenth day of August in the
        year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred and seven, in presence of two witnesses. Signed James Brown.     Signed by the testator as and for his last will
        and testament, in presence of us, who at his request, in his presence and in presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
